Smashers sign Dutch International De Visch Eijbergen
Surrey Smashers are delighted to announce the signing of Dutch international badminton player Soraya de Visch Eijbergen ahead of the 2014/15 National Badminton League season.

21 year old de Visch Eijbergen is a 2-times national champion in her home country and has 3rd in the 2011 European Junior Badminton championships and 2nd in the 2012 German Junior International Badminton Championships to her name.
Soraya's most recent success came in the 2014 Victor Dutch International, which saw her defeat German Youth Olympian Fabienne Deprez in the final to lift the singles trophy in April.
Soraya will join Gabby Adcock, Chris Langridge, Matthew Nottingham, Tom Wolfenden, Emily Westwood and Carl Baxter in the squad, with further player announcements to follow shortly.
