"It feels great coming closer to the world top 10 but we also realize that we still have a long way to go as the last steps up are always the toughest", Selena Piek tells Badminton Europe adding:

"Therefore our focus doesn't necessarily lie on our world ranking, more on improving our level and being more consistent playing on that higher level."

Higher positions for doubles

It's double celebration for Jacco Arends as he moved three spots up on the men's doubles world ranking list with his partner Ruben Jille, occupying position no. 42.
