These training weeks are incredibly valuable to up our game and it's great to have this opportunity.

Next, I am indebted to Claus Norgaard Poulsen for his coaching this week and the minutious (video) analysis work we did together. It can be mind-boggling to learn how much information there is to be found in one, single match. I now can take this experience with me back home and work to further my skills.

If there's anything I've learned most this week, it's the fact that losing is not an option for the Danes. It's embedded into their athletic culture to work for every point, every rally, each time. If you go down, you go down with a fight as if it's your last.

For all of those who followed me this week from abroad and in the Netherlands: thank you for keeping up with my journey. It humbles me to see how many of you are engaged in my efforts to become a better athlete. Thank you!
