I think I can look back proud being able to play again after being out of the game for that long. Of course I would have liked to win a medal but realistically I'm just not anywhere near my best level yet. That's understandable and explainable and a little hard to take as I hate losing, especially after 80 minutes of hard work haha. For now I will give my foot some time to relax and recover before flying back to Denmark for our club final next week.
I would like to say a special thanks to my family for being here with me this week, my sponsors for staying by my side and believing in me, the medical staff who have worked so hard to help me get rid of this tricky injury and last but not least you guys for being patient and the continuous support I've been getting. It meant a lot to me as the past 7 months has been among the hardest of my life. I'm very eager to work hard again and enjoy my time being back playing badminton.
