Piek and Muskens: We can feel that we are getting stronger everyday

The first two weeks were all about improving our physical condition and stamina. The practice sessions existed of a lot of multi shuttle, 2 vs 1 exercises, heavy weight training and running outside. We tried to gave it all we had in each practice and we are starting to feel the benefit from it.

This week was another hard week with a little more focus on match practice and speed. We still have almost 3 weeks left before the Worlds start so there is still plenty of work to be done. The next upcoming weeks we will focus more and more on our speed and making sure that we are 100% ready for our matches in Istora Senayan.

The draw will be out on Monday so make sure to cross your fingers for a good one wink-emoticon! We will try to upload a video from our practice session next week so stay tuned.
