Ted van der Meer treedt af als BNL-voorzitter

Verrassing ?????????????????

In het begin zei Ted dat hij alle tijd zou vrij maken voor dit bestuur, als ik het mij goed herinner.
Hoezo dan nog zoveel ander werk? Gezondheid is wat anders.

Van de frisse wind heb ik weinig kunnen merken, Ridder-adept, behalve dat de single-toppers weer mee deden bij het EK en dat er een nieuwe TD aangesteld is. Maar dan nog heeft Ron Danièls het samen met Eric Bakker geregeld dat de toppers bij het EK mee deden. Een goede TD had gezegd dat de afspraken van Ted nagekomen moesten worden en het niet laten regelen door buitenstaanders. En dan nog zou Ted eigenlijk die afspraken moeten komen: dat had hij beloofd bij zijn presentatie op de jaarvergadering vorig jaar, en wel vaker.

Van het interland in Assen: dat is van beide kanten zeker niet het sterkste team. Tevens moet je wel vrij nemen van je werk om daar op tijd aanwezig te zijn, zelfs als je in Assen of daar in de buurt woont. Maar een goed iniatief.

De contributieregeling was al min of meer uitgedacht door het vorige bestuur.

Ted van der Meer heeft zich teruggetrokken als voorzitter van Badminton Nederland. Dat is voor veel mensen geen verrassend nieuws, wel de timing ervan.

Jammer. Ted was een frisse wind binnen BNL. Ik ben benieuwd wie nu in het gat springt en de rol van voorzitter op zich gaat nemen.

Ron, nu is het tijd om je te profileren! Zo niet, dan... ach, laat maar.
